To request a first-time chromebook

Call the school office at 503.673.7700 and the office staff will let you know when is a good time to come by and pick one up.

Please read the chromebook loan expectations and print and fill out the loan agreement form to bring with you.

To exchange a problem chromebook

First, check the district FAQ page to see if the answer is there: /Page/15969

Next, submit a ticket from that same page or here (https://support.wlwv.k12.or.us/) to see if the school IT can provide any troubleshooting steps.

Finally, call the school office at 503.673.7700 and the office staff will let you know when is a good time to come by and make the exchange. When you bring in a chromebook to swap, make sure and bring the power module as well in case you're swapping for a different chromebook model.
